Who we are

Sometimes it is difficult to decide what level of care your frail or disabled loved one needs. It is helpful to talk to a caring and experienced adult day services professional who is experienced in all aspects of adult care.

Our goal at the Loma Linda University Medical Center adult day services program is to preserve the dignity and enhance the quality of life for those we serve through a caring, stimulating, therapeutic, and enjoyable environment. We offer comprehensive health care, rehabilitative therapies, and social services for frail or disabled people age 18 and over.

"We give you peace of mind by taking care of your loved one with kindness, warmth, and encouragement."

Hours

Our center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. A participant may attend one to five days a week, depending on need and insurance coverage.

Who we serve

The Center serves cities in the east valley including Fontana, Redlands, Rialto, Grand Terrace, Colton, Bloomington, Yucaipa, Loma Linda, Highland, the City of San Bernardino and parts of the City of Riverside. This region contains most of the industry, government agencies, educational and recreational facilities, much of the trade, and most of the services available to seniors.

Adult day care services

The adult day care service program is for frail and disabled adults of any age who have difficulty taking care of themselves at home but wish to maintain their independence. Those in the program interact with staff and other participants in a friendly environment, engage in recreational activities, and receive a hot meal at noon.

Adult day health care / Community based adult services

The adult day health care program is a low-cost, organized day program of therapeutic health, social, and recreational services for adults with physical and mental disabilities. The goal is to assist in restoring or maintaining, to the fullest extent, the individual's capacity for self care while under the direct supervision of professional staff. Those in the program will also receive a hot meal at noon.
