duffyAbout Dr. Duffy:

Dr. Alison Duffy graduated from the University of Rhode Island School of Pharmacy and completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY2 Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Residency at University of Cincinnati (UC) Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. Alison Duffy is a Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy/University of Maryland Medical Center. She is PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Practice Residency Coordinator and is a board certified oncology pharmacist with a practice site at The University of Maryland Medical Center within inpatient oncology. She is Medication Safety Co-Chair for MSHP.

Research Interests:

Dr. Duffy has interest in clinical outcomes and practice based research specifically related to immunocompromised hosts and patients with hematologic malignancies as well as oncology-related medication safety.
